Acclaimed poet Myra Schneider has published ten poetry collections, the most recent of which is Circling the Core (Enitharmon, 2008). Other publications include Writing My Way Through Cancer, an inspirational journal with poems (Jessica Kingsley 2003). She is currently completing a second book with John Killick: Writing Your Self (due from Continuum in November 2009). Myra is an experienced creative writing tutor and a consultant to the Second Light Network.
I really enjoyed the night, the poetry was so wide ranging - a lovely gathering of local talent.
